The flat Amethyst is in the historical centre of ALGHERO, just a step away from the sea, the Ramparts and the scenery of Capo Caccia. Bright and characteristic on two levels, is composed of open space with living room with double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining area and TV, kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, freezer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, first bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second level there is a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, air conditioning and a second bathroom. Amethyst, between the old town and the sea, local handicrafts, restaurants, cafés, preserves the charm of ancient times thanks to a non-invasive renovation, which has left intact the original architectural styles, such as exposed stone and wooden beams. Strolling through the streets of the historic centre, among the arches, towers and squares, is a beautiful experience with the Caribbean beaches and sea, such as Bombarde and Lazzaretto, as a backdrop. The flat, on two levels, and with two bathrooms (one in the bedroom), is located on the first and only floor, in an old building, so convenient to reach, and in a very quiet street a step away from the sea, the promenade of the ramparts, and the square of Porta Terra, a feature that makes it unique! In fact the square is on the border between the old and the new town, where you will find free parking, supermarket, pharmacy and all amenities. The white sandy beach is a 15 minute walk away! There is a lovely flat rocky cove 3 minutes walk from the flat, with a small beach bar. The historic centre is restricted to traffic, to preserve its beauty, but getting to the flat is very easy from Piazza di Porta Terra, less than a minute's walk! Note the presence of the bus stop, for connections to 'Alghero Airport, beaches and nearby villages and the port, from which to leave for excursions to the island of Asinara or the Caves of Neptune, a few steps from the flat!
